    After reviewed by CPA, consolidated revenue for the second quarter of 2014 was NTD2,369,569 thousand dollars, a 16% increased compared to the same period last year; gross profit was NTD1,334,739 thousand dollars（gross margin was 56.33%）, an 18% increased compared to the same period last year; operating income was NTD753,012 thousand dollars（operating margin was 31.78%）,a 14% increased compared to the same period last year; income before income tax was NTD795,691（pre-tax margin was 33.58%）, an 8% increased compared to the same period last year and net income was NTD615,060 thousand dollars（net margin was 25.96%）, a 14% increased compared to the same period last year. EPS for the second quarter of 2014 was NTD3.61.

    After reviewed by CPA, consolidated revenue for the six months ended June 30,2014 was NTD4,201,189 thousand dollars, a 20% increased compared to the same period last year; gross profit was NTD2,365,966 thousand dollars（gross margin was 56.32%）, an 24% increased compared to the same period last year; operating income was NTD1,311,443 thousand dollars（operating margin was 31.22%）, an 26% increased compared to the same period last year, income before income tax was NTD1,335,784（pre-tax margin was 31.80%）, an 21% increased compared to the same period last year and net income was NTD996,555 thousand dollars（net margin was 23.72%）, an 24% increased compared to the same period last year.
