    Consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2014 was NTD 2,133,922 thousand dollars, a 6% increased compared to the same period last year, gross profit was NTD 1,136,466 thousand dollars, gross margin was 53.26%; operating income was NTD 547,627 thousand dollars, operating margin was 25.66%, income before income tax was NTD 524,711 thousand dollars (pre-tax margin was 24.59%) and net income was NTD 378,048 thousand dollars (net margin was 17.72%). EPS for the third quarter of 2014 was NTD2.21. The gross margin impacted by employs’ salary raised in July (decreased GP 2%) and competitors’ price competition. The situation will be better because of the in-house efficiency improved and the stabilized of the price competition.
    Consolidated revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 was NTD 6,335,708 thousand dollars, a 15% increased compared to the same period last year, gross profit was NTD 3,502,433 thousand dollars (gross margin was 55.28%), operating income was NTD 1,859,072 thousand dollars (operating margin was 29.34%), income before income tax was NTD 1,860,494 thousand dollars (pre-tax margin was 29.37%) and net income was NTD 1,385,009 thousand dollars (net margin was 21.86%). EPS for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 was NTD 8.06.
