After reviewed by CPA, consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2014 was NTD 2,133,792 thousand dollars, a 6% increased compared to the same period last year; gross profit was NTD 1,137,772 thousand dollars (gross margin was 53.32%), an 1% increased compared to the same period last year; operating income was NTD 550,055 thousand dollars (operating margin was 25.78%), a 10% decreased compared to the same period last year; income before income tax was NTD 527,178 (pre-tax margin was 24.71%), an 21% decreased compared to the same period last year and net income was NTD 377,960 thousand dollars (net margin was 17.71%), an 23% decreased compared to the same period last year. EPS for the third quarter of 2014 was NTD2.22.
